ACom3 Onboarding is a flexible producer contracting platform designed to turn a paper and labor-intensive effort into a streamlined, Web-based process. ACom3 Onboarding accelerates the process of moving a producer from initial recruitment to a productive, revenue generating agent. ACom3 Onboarding is delivered via Software as a Service (SAAS) that can be deployed quickly and inexpensively.
Producer access can be granted via email invitation, through a permissions-based access using an existing producer portal or through the ACom3 Producer Portal. Easily customizable workflows allow the carrier to present all required forms in an efficient, paperless format. ACom3 Onboarding integrates directly with the NIPR PDB (National Insurance Producer Registry Producer Database) to verify a wide range of information, including demographics, licenses, appointments and regulatory actions.
